Course Abstract:

Identify stress factors in yourself and others! This course will also help the individual identify the means fo coping with stress while examining life style habits to improve health and reduce stress.

Objectives

At the end of course, each participant will be able to:

  1. Indentify stress factors in themselves and in others.
  2. Understand the symptoms of stress.
  3. Identify alternative means for coping with stress.
  4. Demonstrate awareness of the importance of achieving balance in daily life to overcome negative stress.
  5. Examine current lifestyle habits for potential changes to improve all over health and reduce stress.
